The pasta with red pesto was a hit at the Bozeman gathering of old broken people.
This one is super easy. Put stuff in the food pro. Let it run for a minute. Adjust for liquid and flavor. Mix a bit more. Serve on stuff. In this photo I'm using it for a chicken sandwich.
For the sun-dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers, reserve some of the oil and liquid to thin out the pesto if needed. But otherwise just use the non-liquid parts of those.
